At Gables Gourmet, we take great care in preparing and meticulously reviewing every order. Our aim is to ensure that your artisanal selections arrive in impeccable condition, ready for your enjoyment.

• Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping via UPS Ground service for all domestic orders.
• Expedited Shipping: Should you require faster delivery (such as next-day air service), please contact us directly via email or phone prior to finalizing your order. You will be responsible for the exact difference in shipping costs.
• Natural Weight Variations (Hams): Please note that our cured hams are natural products, and individual weights fluctuate. Depending on the initial size of the ham, you may observe an approximate weight variance of 2 to 5 pounds.
• Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery: Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility for the package's timely retrieval and proper care transfers entirely to you. Gables Gourmet cannot be held liable for packages left unattended for extended periods, especially in adverse conditions (e.g., direct sun exposure) or unsecured locations like standard mailboxes. Because our boneless hams and sausages are highly perishable, we rely on you to monitor the tracking info and refrigerate products immediately upon arrival. Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address completely voids our delivery and quality guarantee.

Our return criteria for specialized and perishable goods are structured as follows:

• Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 3 days (72 hours) of the confirmed delivery date.
• Return Method: Items must be returned by mail.
• Product Condition: The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Perishable cold items must be returned using the exact same cold-insulated packaging and gel packs they were shipped in to preserve safety.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or verifiable proof of purchase from the Gables Gourmet Online Store is required.
• Bulk Veneerware Returns: If you are returning bulk cases of All Occasion Veneerware items, they must be consolidated and returned within a secure outer shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for handling and paying for their own return shipping costs. Gables Gourmet does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns.
• Restocking Fees: Gables Gourmet charges a $0.00 restocking fee for all valid, approved returns.
• Inspection & Notification: Once your return is received at our fulfillment facility, it will undergo a thorough quality and temperature inspection. We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. While we submit these reversals immediately, it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Original shipping fees (including any expedited upgrades requested at checkout) are strictly non-refundable.
